There was not a 1:1 conversion of tSSC to AI3. Each of the different phases of the testnets had different rules. You can check here at the Astral Rewards Checker to see how much AI3 you were rewarded with. This was done at the start of mainnet and will already be in your wallet as long as you are checking the address that was used to farm with on the testnet.
