Autonomys Knockout Meme Tournament

As part of the Autonomys Network BIG BANG, we’re excited to kick off the Knockout Meme Tournament, where creativity, humor, and wit take center stage. This is your opportunity to flex your meme-making skills and go head-to-head with fellow community members in a competitive, bracket-style tournament.

Submit your BEST meme and battle your way through the tournament brackets to claim your spot at the top. Each round brings new challenges, and only the funniest will advance!

Contest Logistics

  • Contest Period: The contest kicks off on 10/9/2024 and submissions runs until a week before Mainnet Phase-1 launch.
    • Be sure to submit your entries before the deadline!
  • Then, the knock-out rounds start! More details to come later (it’s a surprise)

Submission Guidelines

  • All submissions will take place on Discord. You’ll need to create a post in the dedicated #knockout-meme Knockout Tournament channel with your entry.

Knockout Component

This competition will feature a tournament-style knockout system, where the top 16 participants will face off head-to-head in randomly generated pairs!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Bracket Generation: The tournament bracket will be created using a random pair generator.
  2. Voting Process: The community will vote on their favorite of each round.
  3. Round Visibility: The full bracket will be displayed, so you can see who you might face next!

Competition Rules

To ensure a fair and fun competition, please follow these simple rules:

  • Your submission must be non-offensive and in line with community standards.
  • Original work only – no plagiarism or using others’ work.
  • One entry per user.

Prize Structure

  1. Winner: Full Merch Package, including exclusive Legacy Items.
  2. Runner-Up: Your choice of three items from our store
  3. Semi-Finalist: Your choice of item from our store

Terms and Conditions

  • A individual can win no more than one award.
  • Subject to our community initiative terms and conditions.
  • Residents of Burma, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea Region, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Sudan, Ecuador, Egypt, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Russia, Namibia, other jurisdictions subject to U.S. trade sanctions, embargoes, or other applicable restrictions are not eligible to participate in the Initiative.
  • Please note that the merchandise prizes are subject to the restrictions of the worldwide shipping offered by our vendors. We are unable to ship to Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
