Based on the mainnet parameters of 5ATC/block initial reward and 40 years of runway, it is inferred that less than 40% of the total tokens are given to Farmers. As a project with hardware-supported security, is 40% too little?

Those are only for block reward issuance. Farmers will also hold all the testnet allocations and there is additional big pool for future community governance spending. So in total we ensure that community owns majority of tokens however for the exact allocations stay tuned for tokenomics blog in the coming weeks.
