I have a couple of SSDs lying around. Is there a way to join (or merge) all of them into 1 single partition and set up my farm there?
*P/s: I know for Gemini II there’s a hard-cap of 100GB, so this is just a hypothetical scenario I guess.

If for the purposes of farming, it would be ideal to use advanced CLI syntax that allows you to farm on multiple disks. We had it in Gemini 1b and will have in Gemini 3 as well. That way farmer can make better decisions about utilizing those disks rather than using generic approach provided by OS.
Otherwise look for tutorials for your OS on how to create RAID array (JBOD or RAID 0 if you want the resulting capacity to be a sum of the drives).
