Why am I getting this banning peer and I need a solution to solve this problem?

Is this the only info you’re getting? or is your node giving other errors? Banning is a regular occurrence for bad actors on the network. For example if someone duplicates a plot file and attempts to run it under two nodes the plot will be banned and require a replot. This is an expected behavior and generally nothing to worry about. I would love to hear more about your configuration and see more logs if you want to post them.
