Charter Amendments - Ambassador Evaluation Process

The Governance team proposes amendments to the Ambassador Charter to clarify and improve the evaluation process.

The following amendments and additions to the charter are designed to ensure that every ambassador has a fair opportunity to receive three evaluations per review cycle. They also strengthen the charter by explicitly specifying that ambassadors have seven days to submit an evaluation, and reviewers have seven days to provide their reviews. While this was previously implied, it will now be clearly stated. Additionally, these changes ensure that if an ambassador does not submit an evaluation in the first round, they will not be selected for supplemental reviews in the same review period, helping to keep the process moving efficiently.
