Contest Guidelines

Data Specifications:
- The data should be between 1KiB and 1 GiB in size.
- Ensure the data is legal, non-offensive, and respects privacy and intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to delete any data that does not follow this guideline.

Submission Process:

Create a new forum post thread in our *#genesis-seed-data channel.*

Each proposal should include a detailed description of the data to be seeded.

Explain the significance and relevance of the data to our community and the broader ecosystem.

- End: 2024-10-04 23:59:59 UTC

Community Voting:
- After the submission deadline 10/4, the community will have the opportunity to review and vote on the proposals.
- Voting will be open until 2024-10-09 23:59:59 UTC.
- Community Favorite will be decided by the number of Autonomys Logo Reactions on the proposal.

Evaluation Criteria:
- Relevance and significance of the data to the community.
- Creativity and originality of the proposal.

Terms and Conditions
- Please group related items together in a single entry. For example, a series of 100 related images should be submitted as one cohesive entry rather than 100 separate submissions.
- Each entry should represent a distinct idea or dataset. Submissions that are overly similar or repetitive may be consolidated at the teams’ discretion.
- A individual can win no more than one award.
- Residents of Burma, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea Region, Bangladesh, Sudan, Ecuador, Egypt, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Russia, Namibia, other jurisdictions subject to U.S. trade sanctions, embargoes, or other applicable restrictions are not eligible to participate in the Initiative.

- Please note that the merchandise prizes are subject to the restrictions of the worldwide shipping offered by our vendors. We are unable to ship to Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria
- Note that we have a target amount of seed data in mind so there is a potential limit (especially on larger files/datasets) to the amount of entries we will be able to include in the mainnet seed data package.
