Please help me to figure out which traffic I see on the following screenshot:
First of all, both my services were turned off:
And secondly, I seem to be running them on behalf of a regular user:

Depending on the level at which you’re looking, you might simply get inbound connections from the network. There are peers on the network that remembered your address and will try to establish connection to retrieve something, etc.
Of course connection will fail if the app is stopped, but it doesn’t mean bytes will not go through the router and not reach your OS first.
