Mainnet Phase-2 Launch: Transfers Go Live on July 16th
Friends, farmers, builders - the time has come.
After years of research, engineering, and collaboration, I’m thrilled to share that on Wednesday, July 16th at 16:00 UTC, the Subspace Foundation will officially enable transfers on the Autonomys Network, marking the beginning of Mainnet Phase-2.
This is the moment many of us have been waiting for - a foundational milestone that unlocks the ability to move assets across the network and paves the way for the decentralized economy we’ve been building toward together.
A Monumental Milestone
Enabling transfers isn’t just the execution of a transaction. It’s a signal to the world that Autonomys is ready to step into the light - a live, functioning network with real activity, real coordination, and real value flowing across its core.
It means we now have:
- A globally distributed, high-throughput storage network (DSN) that is permissionless and permanent
- Auto Drive, giving users intuitive access to DSN-stored content
- The Auto SDK, providing developers with powerful tools to build, read, and write to the DSN programmatically
- The Autonomys Agents framework and MCP tooling to give AI agents on-chain verifiability and permanence
- And now, a network where transfers are possible, unlocking ecosystem utility and bringing the token economy online
This is so much more than progress on a roadmap. It’s the point where vision meets reality.
