Governance Poll - Attendance

Given the significant differences in time zones across our globally distributed ambassador team and the challenge of ensuring genuine participation from connected users during online meetings, the Governance Team proposed to remove the following paragraph from the Bylaws:

“Attendance. Ambassadors must attend ⅔ of designated All-Hands meetings for teams they participate in and for the Program as a whole. All-Hands meetings shall not be more frequent than every two weeks for any Team or for the Program. An ambassador is considered to have attended an All-Hands meeting that is recorded if they watch the recording and demonstrate asynchronous participation with the topics discussed in other communications channels.”

The results show solid majority (84%) in favor of removing the paragraph from the Bylaws.
