The Path to Mainnet Phase-2
The journey toward Mainnet Phase-2 continues with steady progress across all tracks. This month’s update will be a bit more concise, reflecting our focused effort on the few remaining, high-priority deliverables. That said, we’re increasing transparency around audit progress and continuing conversations with potential exchange partners, both of which are crucial for our next phase.
Foundation Track
-
Stakeholder Claim Site
We remain closely coordinating with Tokensoft as we finalize the stakeholder claim site. While the UX and process are still undergoing refinement, we’re confident this is not on the critical path for launch. Our aim is to go live with the claim site shortly after the Auto EVM domain is deployed on mainnet. In parallel, the new Subspace Foundation website, which will be an entry point for the claims site, is nearing completion and will provide an enhanced experience for all ecosystem participants.

Audit
The audit remains a key focus as we prepare for Mainnet Phase-2. To increase transparency, we’ve published a detailed Mainnet Phase-2 Engineering Update covering our latest progress, technical hurdles, and how we’re addressing them.
A few critical highlights:
-
Audit Status: XDM (cross-domain messaging) review is nearly complete. Two key items remain in the P1 category: the new Sudo pallet for domains and the domain snap sync functionality. Both are progressing through active review. If domain snap sync is not fully audited in time, we may launch without it to avoid delays.
-
XDM Fixes & Improvements: Our “Crossing the Narrow Sea” Trial of Innovation revealed a serious double-minting bug and other stress-induced issues, which have now been resolved. Several pull requests have optimized mint sequencing, error handling, and memory usage under load.
-
Benchmarking Finalized: Core benchmarks for domains and XDM extensions are now implemented. The team will run these on reference machines to calibrate extrinsic weights ahead of launch.
-
Real-time Tracking: The community can follow audit progress via these GitHub views:
Each pull request includes a clear description, audit tags (P1–P3), and review status. Items tagged
audit-P1
must be resolved or de-prioritized prior to mainnet launch.

Community Track
-
Game of Domains:
The first Trial of Innovation, Crossing the Narrow Sea, officially concluded at Taurus block 2,460,732. This initiative produced invaluable insights and surfaced several key issues that were quickly resolved by the engineering team.

Thank you to everyone who participated - your contributions directly strengthened the network ahead of Mainnet Phase-2. Stay tuned for the next Trial of Innovation which is being finalized and launching soon.
-
Dawn of Autonomy:
Planning continues for the Mainnet Phase-2 launch campaign. We’re building on the lessons of Phase-1 to design community-first initiatives that reward engagement and foster deeper ecosystem alignment.
-
Shenzhen Feedback:
We recently hosted a successful in-person farmer meetup in Shenzhen and received valuable feedback from the Chinese community. In response, we are actively:
- Increasing technical and general updates in Chinese
- Sharing more transparency around audit status
- Organizing a Chinese-language AMA
- Publishing a clear, accessible explanation of how space pledged is calculated and tracked
These efforts represent just the beginning of a broader push to address all feedback and improve our global support.
Marketing Track
-
Listings & GTM
Our GTM is progressing and we are excited about being able to soon share with the community our plans for launch. While current exchanges are nearing finalization, we are in the process of exploring further options to ensure available market access for the Autonomys token.
-
Partnership Onboarding Back on Track
With the main focus being on network traction our team has identified several partnerships to further the ecosystem while utilizing the network’s DSN designed for certain use cases. We will distribute these announcements in the coming weeks as we continue to have success and interest on the BD side.
Product Track
-
Usability Testing for Staking Completed
Initial staking testing was completed with refinements being handled by Engineering team.
-
Data Focused Experience
DPSN has been testing sample data sets and has made several feature requests to the DSN that we are evaluating. These requirements are aimed at enhancing the overall retrievability of data on the Autonomys DSN.
Conducting further requirement gathering and validating multiple ideas with developers, existing partners, and at IRL events in NYC leading up and through a16z Tech Week.
Partnerships Track
-
Integration Evolutions
Will help enhance the DSN and explore extension to new ecosystems.
-
Vana Integration
We have started initial testing after a bit of a wait for Vana to grant access to their dataRefiners. We now have permissions to access Mind Survey data and Spotify data. This now allows us to evaluate how these data feeds can interop with the AutoSDK and drive value for the providing dataDaos.
-
DPSN
We continue to work closely with DPSN as they begin to push their data to the Autonomys DSN for testing.
-
-
Net New Integrations
Will bring net new direct demand for Autonomys DSN.
-
MetaProof
Signed new agreement. MetaProof will utilize the Autonomys DSN to establish “Proof-of-State”. The Autonomys DSN enables the immutability of MetaProof’s iQubes and agent technologies, ensuring that the state of data and transactions can be verified at any time, which is essential for maintaining trust in the ecosystem.
-
Beacon Protocol
Signed new agreement. The Autonomys DSN will be used by Beacon Protocol to store protocol and ecosystem partner data. Additionally, they will be listing the Autonomys DSN as a decentralized storage solution within their SDK documentation.
-
-
New Opportunities
Will provide continuous collaboration with strategically aligned companies.
-
Accepted into the DAIAA (Decentralized AI Agent Alliance)
A broad reaching initiative to socialize Autonomys with like-minded companies and organizations in a continuous manner. Our above partner MetaProof is a member, and Masa as well as Ringfence are existing members. We expect to actively participate IRL in NYC while we pursue collaborations with existing and incoming new members.

Partnership Integration Task Force
Over the past month, the Autonomys team launched a strategic initiative focused on expanding partnerships and integrations with external organizations. This newly assembled team has developed comprehensive outreach strategies, created marketing and technical one-pagers, and begun engaging with both existing and prospective ecosystem partners to advance technical integrations. With numerous conversations scheduled and a clear integration strategy in place, we anticipate more ecosystem partners will adopt Autonomys’ technology and leverage the power of Autonomys’ DSN.
Conclusion
Mainnet Phase-2 is within reach, and the focus across all tracks is sharper than ever. From audit readiness and critical protocol benchmarks to new partnerships and improved communication channels, every piece is being aligned for a strong launch.
As always, your feedback, participation, and support continue to shape the path forward. Whether you’re running a node, contributing to Game of Domains, reporting bugs, or simply spreading the word - your involvement is what powers this network.
We’ll continue publishing updates as milestones are met and key decisions are made. In the meantime, follow us on X, join the discussions on Discord, and keep your eyes on the forum for more in-depth updates as we push toward launch.
Together, we’re building more than just a network. We’re laying the foundation for a new era of decentralized coordination.
